About the event
The term spiritual pilgrimage often brings to mind long walks to distant destinations. Yet we can bring the mind and heart of a pilgrim to wherever we are! Led by Center Executive Director Beth Norcross and Center Senior Spiritual Program Leader Leah Rampy, this autumn walk along the ever-changing Potomac River, will invite you to journey “close in” with the pilgrim practices of being fully present to what is, seeing with new eyes, and bringing home the blessings. There will be time to share together as well as ample time for silence and reflection.
We will walk slowly, no more than a mile, and engage in a number of spiritual practices. There is one short hill, but otherwise flat terrain, potentially muddy in places. We invite you to join us!
Note: It is the Center's goal to make our programming accessible. If you find that finances are a barrier please reach out to admin@spiritualityinnature.org for scholarship information. Limited scholarships are available per program.
